There are two simple steps to make a booking. You can complete both forms online, but if you have a query please contact Jacqui Gray on 020 7071 1537.
Complete a provisional booking form
Complete a provisional booking form. This allows lime to check availability and hold demonstration dates until the final booking form is received and approved by the Tesco Buyer.
Book onlineComplete a final booking form
Complete a final booking form for the approved dates (approximately 8 weeks before the demonstration).
Book onlineOn receipt of the final booking form, your Account Handler will contact the Tesco Buyer for their approval. Only the relevant Tesco Buyer can give approval for the activity to take place. Your Account Handler will also contact Stock Control to gain approval on any stock allocation requested on your final booking form.
The lime Tesco team can only proceed with booking once the final booking form has been returned, authorised by both yourself and the Tesco Buyer. This is the formal agreement between you and the Buyer.

Restrictions and terms
Selected Store Lists
lime can only guarantee that 50% of all selected store lists will be fulfilled, the remaining stores will be chosen by lime, based on store stocking lists and a selection of different format sized stores.
Busy Stores
Tesco have identified a group of ‘busy’ stores. These have been classified as busy stores as sales per square foot exceed a set level which leads to increased congestion issues.
In order to reduce congestion we are unable to carry out demonstrations in ‘busy’ stores on a Friday or Saturday. Your Account Handler will notify you at the confirmation stage which stores will be booked on the Friday and Saturday and which are busy stores and will be worked mid-week the following week.
Terms and conditions
Please read the full Tesco Sampling Terms and Conditions.
Submission of a Final Booking Form will be deemed as acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
