Interim report
The week after the demonstration activity you will be sent an interim report. This will outline:
- Number of stores worked
- Number of customers approached
- Number of customers sampled
- Top line sales figures
Please note the sales figures included in the interim report are not EPOS based but have been recorded from the stock control department in each store at the end of the activity.
Final report
A lime final report is provided for all campaigns, six-eight weeks after the demonstration. This report covers:
- Overall activity analysis
- Coverage achieved
- Stock summary
- Number of customers approached and conversion to purchase
- Reasons for purchase and non-purchase
- General customer feedback on your product and competitors’ products
We can also organise sales analysis provided by Dunnhumby. This will include:
- Sales uplift measured versus a comprehensive set of control stores selected by Dunnhumby
- Information on the effects on brand share
- Analysis of the market during your campaign (what promotions your competitors are running and how that may have affected the campaign)
- Coverage figures to enable you to compare your activity with other media options
- The effects of a multiple media campaign
- Daily sales report
By covering both the customer insights given at the shelf edge, and actual customer purchasing behaviour, this joint reporting provides you with leading edge media reporting and valuable information on the success of your campaign.
The sales analysis reports from Dunnhumby are £1,000 per campaign. This will be invoiced up-front by lime along with the rest of costs for the activity. You may opt out of this report, however please note that you will not receive any sales data.
Additional reporting
You can easily arrange further analysis from Dunnhumby to give you detailed insights into your consumers. These bespoke reports are available at an additional cost, which varies depending on your request. Please contact your lime Account Handler if you would like to discuss the options available.
All activity will receive two reports: an interim report the week after the activity and a final report approximately six-eight weeks after the activity.
