The following costs apply for all demonstrations from September 2011.
Demonstrator day rate
The daily demonstration rate includes campaign management, demonstrator pay, office administration and field supervision.

Disposable equipment
Costs vary depending on the product being sampled, the specific needs of your activity should be discussed with your Account Handler. The following costs are a guideline only:

Handling & despatch
The cost for all packing, collation and despatch of the demonstration kit for delivery directly to each demonstrator.

Please note, this cost is an estimate only and will increase for any kits requiring special packaging or where weight is in excess of 8.9kg. Additional costs will be incurred if POS is delivered late or coupons and leaflets are not pre-bundled.
Sample costs
Demonstrators are required to purchase demonstration sample stock from the shop floor at the current retail price.
Sample costs are estimated by allowing for each demonstrator to sample approximately 300 customers per day for cold sampling and 200 samples per day for hot sampling. This is based on a ‘bite size’ sample per customer.
Once an amount of sample stock is agreed, a float amount will be allocated for each demonstrator to cover the cost of purchasing the stock in store on the day of the activity. All demonstrator receipts are data captured and any rebate due against float totals is reconciled on the final invoice.
